Macaroni and Cheese


12 to 16 ounces macaroni
¼ cup ( ½ stick) margarine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
1 egg, beaten

Cook macaroni using package directions; drain. Add margarine, salt and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, evaporated milk and egg. Spoon about half the macaroni mixture into baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with half the remaining cheese. Top with remaining macaroni mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 365° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
