Farmer’s Casserole

3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked ham, diced
¼ cup green onions, sliced
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt

Grease a square 2 quart baking dish. Put potatoes in bottom of dish, then sprinkle with chees, ham and green onions. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over potato mixture. Regrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered at 350° for 55-60 minutes. Serves 6.
